The King V Code represents the next evolution of corporate governance in South Africa, building on the principles of King IV while addressing emerging governance challenges such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, sustainability, stakeholder accountability, ethical leadership, and integrated governance.

This practical two-day programme provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, structures, and governance outcomes promoted by King V.

The first day focuses on the theoretical foundations of modern governance and the significant changes introduced by King V.

The second day is dedicated to practical implementation, enabling participants to apply governance principles through real-world scenarios, templates, governance frameworks, policies, and board reporting tools.

Participants will leave with practical resources and implementation strategies that can immediately be applied within organisations, professional practices, non-profit organisations, public sector entities, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
